When I received my A-level results I remember being so happy because I had mugged so hard and sacrificed a lot for all my As. I seriously felt that everything was possible and I was going to fulfill my dream of getting a  scholarship (you know, the usual EDB, SIA, SPH, PSC). Well- was that just wishful thinking or a sentiment shared by so many thousands of young Singaporeans who had worked so hard for that day?

This webcomic not supposed to be me per se, but rather the people who have tried and failed and tried again to get a government scholarship (or those overseas bonded ones) and what happens afterward- so some of the stuff that I will draw will be experiences that I have read about.
